Memorial Closeups

I'm sure my dad will appreciate the closeups of food. I did this for you, Dad! Check out what we had to eat, on Memorial Day.

Our Banana Tree is growing Banana's again. Last year they didn't get much bigger, and died. Hmmm. I wonder if they'll do the same thing this year?

And next to this picture is our....Oh, gosh. I forget what this is? The zuccini, pumpkins, and watermelon look the same. Oh well. It's a veggie plant, of some sort.

Taking after Grandpa

While Raquel and I waited for Michael's to open up(on Mother's day) this is what Raquel did with the time. I let her take pictures. I'm sure my dad will appreciate these photos. I think she's taking after him. She took a ton of pictures, so I'm just gonna put the ones I like best on here.

My Desert Closeups

This past weekend I took pictures of the desert life. I have some interesting shots of plants and a really pretty, purple flower that I loved. This shot of the wooden barrel is a hideaway for notebooks. People come and sign their names in these notebooks for others to look at, and so forth. Of course I signed and dated in one of the books. They even left bottles of water, but we would never dare drink those..
I think my Dad might like some of these pictures..

This an interesting photo of a hole inside a palm tree..It looks like a woodpecker put it there. Kind of neat.

"Green" Pictures

Ok, I feel like this is going to be a "Dad" blog because I'm going to show off pictures that I took on our fieldtrip, today. I took pics of some beautiful flowers that I think you will enjoy. My friend Adrianna followed in my "foot steps" and did the same thing, because she thought everything was so pretty..It was a great place to stroll around in..You could get lost looking at all the lucious flowers and neat waterfalls that surround the nursery.




Oh! Just to let you know I don't know any of the names that go with the flowers..I just thought they were pretty.Haha!!! I'll take pictures of plants and flowers but I won't plant them..Someone who has a "Green Thumb" will have to do that for me. I kill everything that lives outside. :}
