Tonight I tried more "Veggies on a stick" for Raquel. She still thinks the sticks are a cool thing to do, but she is still a little picky about eating them..She's not as horrible when I do give them to her on a stick, instead of just plain on a plate..She doesn't scream when the veggies appear in front of her.
But I do have some proof that she ate a couple veggies.
