We put up our flag this morning, and said "The Pledge of Allegiance"...
After the fun of our parade, we came home and BBQ'D and relaxed. Or at least I relaxed, because Ricardo made salsa, guacamole and all kinds of BBQ stuff..He worked hard..Thanks Bun!!!
At the end of the day, even though it was still warm out, we made smores..Those hit the spot! And the best part of that night were the fireworks..Except Raquel got spooked and started screaming and crying..She ran in the house and didn't come out until the end.. She was afraid the fireworks were gonna come down on her..Remind you of someone???? I'm sure my Mother does.
Here are me, Ricardo and Joey, watching the fireworks..Ricardo just loves when I get my camera out for these kinds of moments..I'm not serious you know.. He thinks I'm weird..I guess I can be at times..But I love to capture those great moments, ya know???
