The Baking Meeting

Here is one of our meetings that happened a couple days before Valentines..The girls got to make healthy cookies that don't have flour in them. One of the girls was teaching all the others how make them and she had them write down the recipe.

This was a fun meeting for Raquel because she loves getting her hands dirty..Mixing the dough and placing her cookie on the tray.

We also had our own "Thinking Day" at the meeting. It's about learning where we are from. Where our family was born and talking about the country they came from. It was interesting to know that all the girls families came from all around the world. Raquel shared pictures of her Buelo from when he was a little boy. She talked about how he's from Peru. It was a great learning experience..
